A gentle movement meditation, incorporating different dance moves, yoga poses, stretches and more. Each session will also incorporate some healing frequencies through different spirit led sound waves using my sound healing tools. I will then end the class with a quick distance reiki that will coincide with the focus and seal us in a loving egg of light. You will leave this class feeling connected, at peace and hopefully much more! Prepare for mantras and affirmations as you move and connect with your mind, body and spirit. We will have a specific focus for each class, these will roughly be once or twice a month AND once you have purchased you will have access to the link forever to enjoy and practice when you feel guided and ready. Dates will be posted at the beginning of each month and once purchased a link will be sent to your email. You will be directed to a private YouTube video of the class. Please do not share but please feel free to tell your friends about the sessions and your own personal experiences.
